Presentation Information:  

Key Technical Considerations in Planning Carbon Capture Storage (CCS) projects.

Speakers Bio: 

Ahmed Fadhl is a Senior Engineer, Production Engineering & Operations, with over 13 years professional experience in oil and gas exploration and production with a wide range of skills in digital software and solutions in both technical and sales support for production engineering and operations. Ahmed holds a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Heriot-Watt University. In SLB, Ahmed has been leading various projects in digital solutions, production optimization, technical consulting services and field development planning, working in various countries in the Middle East and North America regions.

Tyler Ruchala is a Senior Geophysicist with 10 years of experience in oil and gas exploration. Tyler boasts a diverse skill set in digital software and solutions that spans both technical and sales support for geology and geophysics workflows and operations. Holding a master's degree in Geophysics from Texas A&M University, Tyler has excelled at SLB, leading multiple projects in digital solutions, including notable success as the lead geophysicist on a Class VI well permit in the Moxa Arch Basin. His extensive experience also encompasses work on Class VI and Il well permit projects in the Delaware, Midland, and Sacramento Basins.

Event Information:

In 2024 the Petroleum Engineers Club of Dallas will aim to meet on the 2nd Friday of every month (a few exceptions will happen and are noted on the club calendar). Once you register, we will have your RSVP information. No need to print any tickets, we will have your RSVP and payment status available to us at check-in.
